ntJobs - Micro language for file format converversion and automation

Introduction

	ntJobs is a micro-language program, for file format conversion and automation.
	It's free for use.
	You can import/export MDB/XLS/XML/TXT-FIXED/CSV files, automatize process of import/export and sql query execution on Access or Sql/mysql queries.
	You can contact us for personalisations. ntJobs has been written to support "vertical Jobs" for specifical customers.
	ntJobs is written in Access-VBA and compiled in a .exe file with Visual Basic 6.0. We distribute also a OLE version of ntJobs.
	We not are writing a .NET version, but we are planning to port to other multiplatform basic (Linux, Java).
	We are searching users interested to test NtJobs and developers interested to write new commands.

Sequences to use ntJobs

	You can download all software and components (choose ntjobsetup.exe) :
	Choose a template .INI
	Let edit .INI script file, with your parameters, Comments in .INI file will you descbribe parameters
	Start ntJobs program and choose .ini script file
	You will see output in a window and you can copy/past or save the file or restart program.

Requirements:

	Visual Basic 6.0 Runtime
	ntJobs package, in 2 versions (.exe and Access 2000 mdb).
	MDAC Objects
	Microsoft XML extensions for XML conversions.

	SQL.FILE, SQL.LINE: Send sql commands to database Access or other sql server (MySQL, SQL Server)
	EXEC: Batch command esecution, with parameter and wait until end of execution.
	DB.COMPARE: Compare tables, extracting new records, deleted records, duplicates.
	CONVERT: Powerful command for import/export between data format. From Excel to Access, Access table from txt fixed and delimited files.
	DB.EDIT: Eliminazione record doppi, creazione/aggiornamento campi id.
	DB.STATS : Aggregation statistics, with summaries, counting for fields and with categories.
	FILE : File creation, copy, delete, rename, move, folder creation
	FILE.XCOPY: As Dos Xcopy

TEXT FILES AND REPORTING

	TEXT.FILTER: Text filter, skipping lines, text change on search patterns.
	TEXT.REPORT: Report on text file with templates similar to asp files. You can create TXT, HTML, XML, RSS  files.
	TEXT.SPLIT: Split of text files, on bytes number, on lines or text finding.

MICROSOFT  EXCEL and ACCESS AUTOMATION

	XLS: Open, read/write into Excel cells.
	DB:  Execution of Access macro, table and objects copy between mdb, import/export.
